13. Im already at the point of firing Craig Counsell. Its just so brain dead obvious he cant motivate anyone and has no insight to give anyone how to break out of a slump. Have them take grounders in pajamas or something.

    Im not over here talking crap about the Brewers, never did. I guess Im just happy that the overall trend of the Cubs is still upwards since 2021. This team will still likely snag a wild card spot. So I guess thats something over the last 2 or 3 seasons.

16. I’m a lifelong Cubs fan, but I live in Wisconsin. I make a pilgrimage to Wrigley at least once a year and maybe one to the toilet that is AmFam, but if the Cubs play like this the Brewers deserve to win, I hope they can put together a WS win, but ngl, a hilarious loss would be enjoyable too.

28. Cubs schedule didn’t get harder they had the hardest schedule in the first half and the brewers have one of the hardest very late in the year so the cubs still have a chance

30. It's not because of the brewers, it's because their offense doesn't produce more than 2 runs a game on average since about the all-star break. That will kill any team.

32. Until either Ricketts start spending money on players are they sell the team this is going to be a recurring problem. Also they should have never extended higher. Another big mistake. So until they get rid of all the top brass and sell the club to somebody responsible this will be an every year occurrence. Cubs fans need to accept this.
