As effective as the chief’s system is and the winning culture is, it’s not for everybody. Sky Moore may still find success on another team. Very classy to wish him the best Cole. I hope he figures it out with another team as well. 👍🏼

Seems like a win-win-win. KC gets something for basically nothing, a guy getting cut anyway. The 49ers get some help for that absolutely decimated WR room. And Sky is going to Kyle Shanahan's 49ers, one of the best places for a WR (I mean he could've been traded to the Saints… yikes).

My daughter and I always rooted for Skyy. We were never embarrassed he was on the Chiefs (and he never embarrassed the Chiefs off the field)). On the highlights I saw his 88 yard run and was stoked. Then saw AR pressser and heard about the drops. Was concerned for him and always hoped he would get over the hump. Will miss his great attitude and low penalties. This is a business after all.
I was a big skyy Moore guy coming out of the draft, believed he had real potential. Best memory was for about maybe 6-7 weeks of his rookie year I would do a SGP on chiefs games and always put Skyy to score a TD and it would never hit… until one crazy day in the Super Bowl he walks right into the end zone on the biggest stage and obviously cashed my parlay. Second had to be the kick return in the AFC Championship game knowing the problems he had catching punts early on and he was our last resort to get a big chuck of yards in a critical situation was amazing. I will still root for the kid I think I was his only supporter these past years and I’ll keep that going, it’s just really hard to live up to the expectations of being the first receiver drafted after the Hill Trade.

49ers arent getting skyy for his receiving skills. Its about his return skills. Its a special teams move for a cheap and reliable returner who can also run routes in a pinch. Late round 27 pick swap.
