Are the Astros Playing Themselves Out of the Playoffs?
This was supposed to be fun. Carlos Correa came back, Cristian Javier returned, Jeremy Peña healthy — but instead, the Houston Astros look broken. The starting pitching has no margin for error, the bullpen can’t cover it all, and Framber Valdez’s struggles are putting the team in a dangerous spot.
If this keeps up, the Astros could be playing themselves out of the playoffs. And with injuries already mounting, fans are left asking: is this season slipping away?
We break down:
⚾ Framber Valdez’s alarming struggles
⚾ Why the Astros have zero margin for error in October
⚾ The injury concerns that could end the season early
⚾ Whether this team can still make a playoff run

I feel the same about the Mets. I get it
Astros deserve every bad thing that happens to their cheap franchise.
It's the catchers fault. Diaz has no arm, doesn't frame the pitches ,and the Astros keep him because he's cheap and hits a home run every once in a while. Good Starting pitcher's dont want to go to teams with below average catchers
