6. If that was your best friend responding to you in these ways with that vibe you would think: my boy is tired asf, is clearly burnt out, and needs to get laid. You might also think something is going on with him. Sadly he’s not our boy, so all we can do is wish him well as our player and hope he gets through the season coming through as best he can.

14. It’s just the way they asked the question was if he could literally go play another game right then. That was just an honest answer because he was out in the sun working for a lot of the day and was tired. Completely natural. 

    It’s like if you just got off of work and someone asked if you were enthusiastic about doing another shift immediately.

    But especially against the Dodgers of course he needs to be rested.

25. That’s what I would sound like if someone stuck a mic in front of me at work on a Monday at 7am. A good night of sleep on Monday night gets me going to be productive Tuesday – Thursday. Fridays I leave as early as possible without been seen haha
