  1. From what I heard he shot back at people that shot at him after stealing from him

    Why is he guilty?

  2. For those who don’t remember or don’t know the details, Kemp’s phone (and allegedly other things like car keys, workplace keys etc) got stolen a couple years ago, and he used the GPS to locate it, and tracked it down to a car (which wasn’t stolen from him) at which he shot at least three times during the shitshow that went down.
Kemp threw away his gun after the shooting, and has sent messages to his friends/family that he got the phone back and that he’s gonna shoot the thieves.

Now, there was no proof of the dudes inside the car ever opening fire first, or at all, but there were indications that they were armed.
They did however somehow manage to build up a resume of like 70+ criminal convinctions between the two of them, and are back in prison for different shit now, so this preferential treatment might not be just due to Kemp being rich and a celebrity, but also in part because the local PD and courthousd are just tired of these two.

  3. He too old to be doing shit like this. At 60 ain’t it embarrassing to be getting in trouble

  4. Took accountability and acted like a man in court. Sounds like he wants to make a positive difference. Dangerous actions but he can do good.

  5. If he was a pedo he would already be pardoned. But he shot back at someone stealing shit … can’t do that anymore. People in masks carrying weapons and threatening people are now the “police”.
