Curious now what roster moves we might make for the bullpen today now we used blue balls past 60 pitches yesterday and for the most part everyone else needs at least 1 more rest day to be available more than an inning I’m wondering if they might call up France as a long relief today since it’s a spaghetti start

  3. Let’s see if the boys can keep it going, I don’t think Walker can realistically be expected to homer again, so let’s see how we play in a game without him going yard for us, this is the real test.

  5. Noticed Javier , Mcullers, and arrighetti all have walk problems. Actually brown and Framber kind struggle with walks too at times. I miss Walter, he never walked anyone sighh

  6. That Mariners game yesterday was something..Arozarena pimped the shit out of a solo home run that tied the game in the..6th inning? And then proceeded to end the game on a groundout with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 10th. Mf kissed his bat acting like he just hit a walk off to send them to the World Series

  8. Feels like a punt game. Rest some position players, let arrighetti throw 90-100 pitches no matter how bad he is, and see how kimbrel fares against major league bats. Matthews at 2B, Dubon at SS, urias at 3B, and an OF of McCormick, melton, and smith. DH day for pena or Correa. Either that or put all of the lefties in the lineup and let them get some experience vs a good LHP. They are going to have to face a LHP at some point, so they should get some looks.

  10. With Arrighetti pitching do we really want Chas in the lineup… might need him to throw meatballs in the 8th and 9th 😑

  13. Absolutely need Arrighetti to go deep. Honestly not as worried about winning this since we won the last three, but just need him to eat innings.

    Of course, it is still possible for a win! But we have very little BP today.

  20. Well, the good news is that the Mariners lost and we’re facing a guy with a 1.41 ERA.

    Now if Spencer can get better control…

  21. Last night after seeing Caratini’s .385 road average over the last two months stat, and he gets a hit after, they showed him standing with a lead on first, and I thought I saw Jeff Bagwell for a second.
