  6. There are two players that may be forced to be in the lineup. Philp and Tomasek. Philp is not waivers exempt and he's not a child anymore. He's fast, big, and can move things in the right direction. Tomasek is kind of a wildcard but he could force the issue in camp and exhibition games. From what I see Tomasek, Savoie, and Howard are ALL Waivers Exempt (Per Cap Wages) so they can be in the Bake without issues opening up slots for others.

  7. Good video as always Austin. It's so crazy to me that daily faceoff has Howard on the top line instead of Mangiapane. Breadman would be a really good fit with McDavid and Hyman imo.

  13. Good job Austin with the good video, I would say I agree with most of it.. but the San Jose Sharks give them 2 to 4 years later I think they will be dominant they have such good talent on there and might have there superstar

  14. I think we done busted. Not once but twice. That’s life and sports.

    We should get another chance in 10-15 years unless the league has expanded to 42 teams by then.

  15. Issue I find with McDavid is this pass first mentality he has lately. If your scorers go cold, the best player needs to get to the dirty spots and score some. Hyman has a good year maybe two but he won't be that good for much longer. McDavid needs a decent winger that can score or pass and can put up 60+ a year. Skinner buckles under pressure way too much. He did better his first cup run, what was the excuse this time, Not every team gets back to back cup runs and fails both times. What if they never make the finals again under the current core? Does McDavid stay or does he walk.

  17. Bettman, Colin Campbell, the Department of Player Safety, and the Refs will try to once again snub the Oilers once again in order to ensure the Panthers to win once more. However, Stuart Skinner certainly needs to be more consistent across the board. At this point, he’d be one of the main reasons why McDavid wouldn’t want to sign in Edmonton given Skinner’s inconsistency.

  18. I think you, and to be fair many others, are over estimating the Ducks. They are completely unproven and have taken on struggling vets. They could end up being the Preds of next season where they don't gel and it doesn't work. I also think the Kings have a chance of falling right out of the play offs. My standings prediction is more like:

    1)Vegas
    2)Edmonton
    3)Vancouver
    4)LA
    5)Anaheim
    6)Calgary
    7)Seattle
    8) San Jose

    I think Vancouver is being written off too early after a horrific season for injuries and drama. I see them bouncing back and making the play offs with better health luck.

  19. Can they be consistent is another big question
    Also now that they have a new goalie coach, people can’t use that as an excuse for Stu anymore
    There isn’t many “tough” guys either, I don’t count Darnell as one and Ekholm is only one half the time. So that leaves Frederick and that’s it
