Ahead of EuroBasket a promo featuring Luka and the Overwatch hero Cassidy was put up in Poland. For anyone who’s followed Luka closely, it’s not really news that he’s been playing Overwatch since the early days. He’s been Top 500 before, and even hit that rank during the NBA Finals. He’s consistently a Grand Master.
Definitely one of the more legit gamer-athletes in the league. Cool to see it being acknowledged with a collaboration and campaign with Overwatch. Look at my future MVP, grinding on and off the court.

Top 500 during the finals is still insane to me. I play the game nearly daily and aren’t even half as talented. I guess the reaction time and hand eye coordination crosses over from NBA to gaming.

Damn, it’s a shame that Luka is no longer in Dallas.
In an alternate universe this is an LA Gladiators or LA Valiant ad. It was quirky and had its flaws but I do miss the Overwatch League
