That whole Willson thing was such a shame.
Now everybody on the baseball sub are acting like he’s a major hothead or regularly explosive. We all know he has a chip and plays fiesty, but that label is wrong. “He was a hothead in Chicago, but he has lost his damn mind in St. Louis”….. what the fuck? This was a single extreme outlier. Obviously, a major overreaction and stupid as fuck, but acting like this is par for the course for Contreras is shitty and not true.
Somebody responded to me with “well what about 2 years ago when he threw his bat and got ejected?” Seriously? A guy spiked his bat 2 years ago and got ejected, something dozens of players do every season, and that’s what people are using as examples of “losing his mind”.
Everything is always all or nothing for sports fans. It’s so fucking lame.
