6. I'm completely on board with Marek's thoughts on Sharks development. Development is very personal because everyone learns differently. Also agree you can't put in too many rookies at a time. There's a lot of reasons for fans to be impatient. But its really important the management hold this patience. Going NCAA or AHL for those eligible is a path that works.

7. Sharks are probably 32nd again, but hoping this is the last year of 1 year rental players.
