Honestly I love it. Hopefully this leads to more attendance lows and maybe just maybe the on the field product will become a priority. (I’m an overly hopeful moron)
I was hoping to score some cheap tickets tonight to take advantage of the beautiful weather. The cheapest (non-resale) tickets are $19.50 on the Cardinals website. I found this page on the Cardinals’ website touting that 63% of games in 2023 had tickets available for $5 or less and 94% had tickets for $10 or less. Makes you wonder about the front office’s strategy in removing the option for super cheap tickets in the past two years, especially after the two worst attended non-covid games this century.
This is from the app called game time. I see tickets for tonight’s game for $10. Hopefully this helps. This is with fees included.
Resale is crazy cheap. Bought tickets for yesterday’s game 3 rows from the dugout for 27.50 each including fees.
Reap what you sow ownership….
Ah, they are doing what Vegas is doing. “Hmmm, visitors and sales are down. Welp, we need to raise prices even further to offset a decline in sales!” Here is a hint to the alleged smartest MBA people on earth in Vegas to the Cards front office, it will backfire horribly.
Does anyone buy tickets from the Cardinals website??
I just mentioned dynamic pricing to someone today. It only seems to adjust up to make something Springsteen or Taylor Swift cost hundreds of dollars and never seems to work the other way and make tickets for something that sells bad $1 or something.
Best fans in baseball!
Hope nobody buys a single ticket
I always buy from TickPick. Cheapest ticket is $9 w/ no fees to tonight’s game. Just buy it and then sit wherever you want to. Nobody is checking to see if you are sitting in the correct seats at this point.

If you ever wanted to sit down close but price was too much??? Now is the time!! Seat geek. Vivid and a few others have cheap prices. Win or lose you still get to get close. Maybe even hear what’s being said on the field.
Ticket scalpers and folks who bought giant ticket packages are certainly taking it on the chin. Pay $19, unload for $10.
The beatings will continue until morale improves!
The announced attendance numbers are total tickets sold. When that number is about 17,000, it tells you that the walk-up gate is as small as it’s ever been and paints a really bad picture of the number of season tickets sold. I didn’t think I’d ever see a Cardinals team with less than 20,000 season tickets, but the evidence is suggesting it’s more like 15,500-16,000. Yikes!!!

$13 on stubhub. Probably less on another resale site if you shop around. Don’t really care what the team is selling tickets for if the resale tickets are still cheap.

Dynamic pricing for a stale team.
