So we have one pitcher that remembers how to pitch, giving up 5 to 10 runs every game is not going to work in the layoffs. Our offense is not that consistent. 🙁
The Padres are not a playoff team. They can't beat the Mariners or Dodgers. Except for a game here and there.

You have to admire the type of hustle Tatis showed at 10:06. This is a great example of taking nothing for granted even when the odds are against you. When your stars show this kind of hustle it sends a message to the young guys and role players. It truly is infectious. To a degree this is a reflection of Manny Machado’s clubhouse leadership over the years. You can clearly see Tatis is following in his footsteps. The plays like that shows why the Padres are so dangerous even when their backs are up against the wall. They just don’t know how to quit! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

Padres needs to trade or retire machado…His salary is too much of a cap hit for such little results. Also freddy fermin needs to be gone as well.
This was quite a series, all competitive games and 35 runs scored in the three games.
That ball by Cron was a homer! It hit the line. Padres should have challenged! It's crazy still in 2025. That the umps sometimes call them homers and sometimes not!!
