1. Send Jack to AA the Pandas. The Pandas pitching coach seems to be the ONLY ONE that can help any of our pitchers out.

2. Salt Lake is a horrible place to groom pitchers because of the elevation!

7. We did not pick up any starting pitching help at trade deadline. This is not acceptable how can Perry say the Halos want to be competitive and not go out and get some pitching help.

8. Mark Langston commented on why they brought Jack up especially since only 2 starts in AAA and they were not good. His comment was it was obvious Jack had not worked anything out anything in AAA so why did they bring him up you cant work things out in this level. Does this remind anyone about another starting pitching called Reid. Reid has turned it around but it took a long time.

9. Bring Ryan Johnson back…. Have you seen his minor league stats. He transitioned back to a SP from a RP.

16. Maybe time to start stretching detmers back to starter. Have him start by limiting his inning to 2 then 3 and so on. He's got good stuff and confidence, just give him september to feel like a starter again before the off season. If we were in it then I would leave detmers but we are not so lets look towards the future.

We all had hopes that O'Hoppe would be part of the new core of the Halos, but the reality is that he has been every bit as bad at his primary responsibility as Jack Kochanowicz,, and no one is asking patience with Jack K. (nor should they) If young pitchers like Dana/Klassen/Aldegheri (who all have cocnerning BB/9 ratios) are to be given a look at the MLB level, I want them to get every advantage of a catcher who can frame/block properly, save strikes and steal a few. At this stage O'Hoppe looks like he's playing Ping Pong with a frying pan. And it's futile to try and reteach him the fundamentals at the mlb level, with all the increased pressure and scrutiny. He's now in his 8th year of pro ball… time to retool at the minor league level. His struggles behind the plate have obviously affected his hitting approach. He's a mess.

    Fun Fact: Logan now has 19 homers and 18 walks. In the history of MLB, only 40 or so hitters have finished with at least 20 homers and less walks in a season. There are a lot of repeat "performers" in that gang of 40 (it's been done about 70 times overall). Most are free swinger, sluggers like Dave "King Kong" Kingman, but one of them is HoFer Andre Dawson.

19. Yes, Jon, yes! I’ve been saying that for most of the season. Too many people are telling O’Hoppe how to catch and I believe he’s over thinking the position and it is messing up his offense. They should have only had one voice and one voice only showing him how to improve position, and that was the guy that they signed to mentor him who said he was going to help him become the best catcher, and that’s Travis d'Arnaud.

No matter how much a leader a player may be and how much you want to help a team win, you have to have LEADERSHIP at the Owner , GM and Managerial level. This team is BROKEN from the Single A level up through the MLB team. Until all of that is fixed, we are going to see the same thing on the field year after year. Players are competitive, want to succeed…. WIN! I have more respect for a player who moves on to a team, for money or not, who has the potential to win… isn't that the point of playing the game? Players who sign big contracts with teams with little chance of winning are just in it for the $$$…

27. IDK what happened to Jack but can we please stop with that experiment at this point. Did anyone actually think his over 6 ERA was going to be any different last night? He just doesn't have "out" pitches. And why leave him out there so long to just further kill his confidence. I really want the guy to succeed but if you don't help him improve you're just setting him up to fail by sending him down, calling him back up with no changes to his game approach.

28. Good day Halo Bros! We’re almost at the end of another season ! Thank you guys for all your hard work ! I hope Jack never pitches for us again ! I was done with Jack when he disrespected Ron Washington on the mound by not giving him the ball ! He was given an opportunity and he blew it! He’s clearly mentally shot as a pitcher and definitely needs a new environment ! Happy to hear Ron Washington is doing better after surgery ! I truly hope Perry gives him another shot next season! He did a much better job with this team this year . I am ecstatic about the 30 home run season from jo Adell , he didn’t get the 25 stolen bases that John predicted , but he has had one heck of a season ! The batting average can use 12-20 points but otherwise he has become a true power hitting outfielder entering his prime . I hope it continues for a few seasons ! Ryan Johnson (starter ) , Sam Bachman , Robert Stephenson , Brock Burke , I’d like to resign Luis Garcia ! Our bullpen would be solid without having to spend much ! We need 2 new starters , and I don’t mean rookie call ups ! Ryan Johnson Caden Dana or George klassen should be in line for the 5th spot ! We played well with such a poor pitching staff, if we can improve the starters we improve the entire team! I know I’m speaking thru Rose colored glasses obviously with a ton of hopium ! 29. IMO, if you offer Neto a nice contract to stay long term, he’d take it. I believe every player regardless of how good the team they are on, you take the sure long term contract. Neto is under control until 2030, to not accept a contract now would be ridiculous. A lot of things bad could happen in the next 5 years. Signing now would be wise

30. Single handedly bashed Jack. Both the GM and the acting manager should be replaced. That's shameful to see this team destroy these young pitchers one by one. No wonder they can't get any real talent.
