  5. They may not, but they definitely will fight for that spot. Appreciate the owners signing who they did and showing that they want to win. Not to bash the Cardinals, but it feels like management just sent a message that winning wasn't in the cards this year.

    I'm trying to understand why Jonathan India has 0 stolen bases in 4 attempts so far this season. He had 27 stolen bases and 4 caught stealing over the last two years. Do you have any insight into the falloff in stolen bases?

  8. If we moved the wall back 10 feet at Yankees stadium (not retroactively, just for the rest of the season), I'd personally guarantee a playoff appearance for the Royals.

  11. It's not KC's year this year

    History is meant to be broken and any season not making the playoffs IS a failure

    Expecting more from MJ and Renfroe shows how stupid JJ truly is (and it hurt KC this year)

    KC will regret keeping Lugo and not trading him

    If KC has any chance at a wildcard they need to sweep Detroit and i don't see that happening
