What is going on guys? Brad here for pits.com and I got a pick in this Mets first Marlins game going down on Sunday, August 31st, 2025. You will find all my plays there. But let’s get right into it, guys. We got game four of the series between the Marlins and the Mets. We saw the Mets actually win game one. Um, they won game one of the series seven to four and then game two it got pretty damn ugly. You know, Yuri Perez went in there into City Field and I like Yuri Perez. I actually made a video on that game and I was hyping up Yuri Perez. I was like, you know what, there’s really only two pitchers I give the Mongols looks at these days. It’s Yuri Perez or Edward Cabera. Well, Yuri Perez only pitched two outs in that game. He gave up five earned. Um, it was bad. The game was over before we knew it. And then the second inning, the Mets put up seven and the Marlins end up losing that game 19 to9. Why I think that game’s so important is because that bull bullpen was utilized heavy. I mean, they had to dig pretty deep into that bullpen. It’s going to be taxed. And the thing is, guys, the Mongols are rolling with Sandy Alcantara in this game. Um, I mean, you guys probably know Al Alcantara’s situation this season. I I don’t I don’t know how the Marlins are still giving Sandy Alcantara road starts. Just start him at home. I mean, why even put the guy out there on the road? His RA on the road this season is at 803. His RA at home is a 458. So, it’s still not great, but he has been shelled pretty much every single time that he’s played on the road. So, I don’t think Sandy goes long in this game. And then, or no, what I think is going to happen, I think Sandy will go longer than the Miami Marlins actually want him to go or how long he should go because that bullpin is taxed. So, he’s going to be forced to stay in this game longer than expected. And with the way Sandy has played on the road this season, I just don’t see that I don’t see that working out well. I’m not going to over complicate it, guys. I’m going to get straight to the pick. I’m on the Mets and I’m going to lay that run line as well. I mean, nothing’s pointing to uh the Marlins in this this one for me. You know, the Marlins picked up their nice little game one win of this series. I think they lose I’m recording this before game three, so I don’t know what the result of that game is, but I think they lose game three and then I think it it gets smoked in game four.
