9: Justin Jefferson (WR, Vikings) | Top 100 Players of 2025

The best player in the National Football League is Justin Jefferson. Ball skills, you know, route running, all the things that receivers could have, he’s definitely number one. I put him at the number one spot any day. I just think he’s one of the best um to ever do it. Like clockwork, Justin Jefferson is back on the players list. It’s about that time. you don’t double team Justin Jefferson, you got no chance of covering him. I mean, trying to limit him, uh, it seems impossible. When you’re playing against Justin Jefferson, those man coverage matchups get challenging. Not sure there’s a more difficult matchup in all of football. Like he he got a little bit more finesse to his game. He’s able to run full speed and make a move before he’s even catching the ball. a little wiggle to the top and then completely turns him around. His mentality when the ball is in the air is like nobody’s going to get it but me. JJ is going to find a way to come up with it. It’s bobbled and caught by Justin. He’s able to still like understand what the defense is trying to do to him. So, he’s able to separate himself from the defender. He just reads almost on the fly. He weaves through a defense, finds those little openings. If you’re playing the Vikings, you always have to know where number 18 is. He’s the game recorder. He has the speed. He has a route running. He has the big catch radius. Dude, that’s big time play. Great release. Got him. Launching downfield, twisting, turning. Touchdown. The ultimate. Justin’s down there somewhere. Fo, once he gets the ball in his hands, it’s not over then. Then you got to tackle him. What I love about Justin Jefferson, he is Mach three with his hair on fire when he gets that ball. People game playing around and people try to double them, you know, put them in brackets and he still go out there and try and make plays. The San Francisco the 97 y uh that probably was my favorite one. Darnold getting messy, going deep, and he’s got Jefferson. He’s got Jefferson. It’s a foot race downfield with Brown shifting gears getting a block. That’s six. He goes too fast for these defenders. You could zone him, you can man him, you could double him. It doesn’t matter. 18’s going to get hit. I was kind of kind of doubled just being able to to split the safety in the corner. You know, that’s always a dream for a receiver to get a 90 something yard touchdown. So, I I definitely was was drooling a little bit when the when the play was called. Hey, hold on. That might have been your swaggiest one all day right there. In 2024, Jefferson set an NFL record for the most receiving yards in a player’s first five seasons. He accumulated over 1,500 yards and ranked first in yards per game. Jefferson to go over 7,000 yards for his career. It’s a touchdown. Well, I know him in that open for a minute ever. There’s not a player that impacts the game more. He’s got safety help and Nicholls cheating to his side. I’ve really never seen a threat like that be played how he’s being played. Justin Jefferson is the best player in the NFL. Seeing some of the things he does is it’s amazing and I’m I’m I told him this. I said I’m glad to be witnessing greatness. Ah, time to go

  2. You can't be taken seriously with this janky rating, it's way too low. It's blatant disrespect and that is criminal because Jefferson's a star off the field too, a humble and quiet leader. He has a million times more integrity that whoever made this list. Jefferson has played at the highest level while dealing with a carousel of mid to low QBs and always being double-teamed. Why the prejudice against him? Is it because he's a Viking?

  6. Sadly jefferson won’t get a ring in minnesota cause there organization is really bad with the empty trophy room.

    He will leave the organization and have a better chance at a ring on another team.

  9. Hilarious how Burrow and Chase are both above him considering both would be a fraction without the other. Justin could make JaMarcus Russell look like Patrick Mahomes.

  19. JJ is the goat but 9 makes sense you got 4 qbs 1 legendary defensive player and then chase who had a massive year…Only person in ahead of him i would consider maybe swapping is Henry. you could put JJ at 7 and Henry at 9 but other wise makes sense …
