Healthy dose of both black and red. I was afraid that they were going to lean too heavily one way or the other.
Stormy logo is also a great touch.

Our home and road jerseys keep being so different from one another – and to me, that’s weird. I don’t know. I feel like the home and road jersey should be largely the same besides the primary color.
#BUT THE STORMY PATCH ON THE SHOULDER!!!
I also just noticed they gave us the gale force wind pattern on the black stripes

Not a fan. They look like video game jerseys honestly.
Paired with the whole ensemble, the red and black only logo isn’t as jarring. I do wish it was the flag logo instead.
The logo looks like when a high school steals a pro teams branding and makes slight changes to colors. The jerseys are ugly too. I wasn’t a huge fan of the C A N E S away jerseys, but they were way better than these.
I’m really not feeling these. Normally when I team I like releases a jersey that isn’t great I can let bias blind me but these are just really off-putting.
I get a little lost in the red and black hurricane. Some silver in there may have fixed it up. The layout of it and all I don’t mind though. Kinda odd to have a completely different number and jersey layout for away than home.

I wonder if they did this so it’s impossible to put the canes logo upside down lmao
I don’t know. The black accents really clash. The logo is just hanging out there like on a white t shirt. It looks unfinished? This may take some getting used to.
Would be far better with the regular logo
The Identity crisis continues. At least it looks cool.
Would have liked the storm squares to be featured as stripes, I feel like that’s a great pattern that has shaped our best jerseys.
Also I hope we don’t fully commit to the red and black swirl logo as the logo of the future.

Why can’t they establish a true identity. Missed opportunity to just make a white version of the storm flag jersey and then bring the anniversary red back as the alt. Also, as much as i love the strutting stormy logo, it looks so out of place on an on ice jersey

I might get downvoted, but these are terrible, give the me the diagonal Canes over these (and I wasn’t a fan of those). I was cringing when the rumor popped up these were going to be a white version of the stadium series unis, they were great for a one off alternate for a special game, but not a primary.
I really hate how they continue to have no consistency between the different sets of unis. None have the same logos, same font, or pattern. And then the altered primary isn’t as good as the actual logo, the stormy shoulder logo isn’t even an actual Canes logo.
Why can’t we just have a white version of the home reds?

after all the hype, i was hoping for better.. i agree with others about the colors on the arms being off somehow.. overall, meh

Don’t hate them, and I’ll reserve judgement until I see them on the ice, but I just don’t get why we don’t go “25th anniversary” version for home and away and the black storm flag jersey as the alternate. That just feels so much more cohesive and like there’s a real identity.
I like them. When I first saw them (15 minutes ago lol) I was kind of meh. But they’re already growing on me. And I don’t mind the red helmets, but doesn’t that mean we’re going to be stuck with black helmets again against certain teams? That always looks terrible.
It wouldn’t be an away jersey if people liked it.
I was holding off on buying my Stanky jersey to see how these looked, happily bought one.
I will agree with one sentiment I’ve seen about these, we need to pick a lane. If this is the crest, keep it. If this is the blocking, keep it. Swap the colors around for the homes and just pick a lane.

Zero originality or creativity. 41 games per year just to reminisce about the time we hosted an outdoor game. Bad. There’s absolutely no cohesiveness with any of the uniforms. Abandoning team identity for a design almost every team uses for the stadium series. Just so boring.
they kinda kick ass. the black behind the swirl is a little…. i’m not sure. maybe a silver would have looked better. I like everything else
