I kind of feel look, you would have you would have paid Michael Parsons what you would have paid him and you’re you would have still been a team that would have been what, seven, eight wins, maybe nine wins at best and then you would have been in cap distress. Now you because we said you’re going to end up in another hold out situation the following year when it comes to Tyler Smith when it comes to Don Bland. We we all said that was going to happen. So they just had to pick and choose. Do they want to just continue doing would they rather do one player to you know do that? I think they had money to still do some things. Dak Prescott, CD Lamb. So, we clearly hear hear who’s the voices of this team. Now, I don’t think any of these guys wished Michael Parsons out, but I bet you all of them guys was like, you know, we can we can move on from him. We can move on from Michael Parsons. We really can. And you probably had a defensive staff that came in here. Now, you’re going to say, why would you get rid of a guy like that? But you go back and look at a lot of things. if there was certain what if they went and talked to uh uh Mike Zimmer and was like what was the deal with Michael Parsons in this defense last year like why would if he comes out and said well a lot of times people were just guessing and doing their own things that’s why we had so many bust couldn’t get there because you know we all said Zim did not like Zim did not like that. He uh basically let these guys try to run their own defense. He didn’t like that, but he did. And then he ended up doing doing it different, you know, holding bringing it back, reeling it in. Now the as it’s all unfolding, Jerry and them stopped talking to Micah and he started talking to the agent. So obviously you had to talk to the agent to negotiate with another team, which they want. And with Don Bland getting paid, his his contract didn’t break the bank like that. It’s not like he’s being the top paid corner. You know what I’m saying? So, a $92 million deal, he’s not breaking the bank like that. It gives you still a little bit more flexibility and that’s that’s that’s cool. That’s I can’t be mad at that. He worked with the team. And you want to know why? Cuz they got on it early. Hopefully, they do the same thing with T uh Tyler Smith. And I believe that’s exactly what’s happening. That’s exactly what it they’re working with Tyler Smith. And if Tyler Smith deal don’t get done before the season start, then we can start looking to be like, okay, he’s going to be the next one when we get ready to start the season next year. He’s going to be the hold out. That’s and it will just be because Jerry wants to make it that way because we clearly see you’re willing to do deals, get things out the way, do certain things, but damn, bro.
