Well judging by that first game I think he did us a favor if true

The pregame broadcast said that there were only 2 potential NFL caliber prospects on the entire UNC roster. So I guess we aren’t missing much. I wish Bill well, but I never saw this going well for him. He should coach at a service academy, I think that would be the best fit for him.
After that first game, Bill should be more focused on his team rather than external noise.
Jordon is clearly an issue and she’s ruining his life.
Grateful for all the success we enjoyed but Bill needs to chill the fuck out and salvage what’s left of his legacy. I’m not a fan of how Kraft handled everything, but Bill was losing his grasp on reality and the team. When you take into consideration the dog shit drafting, the nepotism, the poor performances and especially the enormous ego, what is Kraft supposed to do? I’m convinced Bill will reject a statue outside Gillette unless he has some “come to Jesus” moment and realizes what a tool he’s become.
PS – Fuck the Krafts for producing that garbage the Dynasty. I think some of this bad blood stems from that, but still, grow the hell up.
This guy is great at manufacturing distractions for his football team.
The only player worth anything now is probably Jordan Shipp at WR, and maybe Thad Dixon at CB. Other than that, nothing really to write home about after that first game. The only other (possibly) higher end talent was Beau Atkinson and he chased him away to Ohio State

Always a good look to have responsibility for the playing careers of 18 year olds and then put them under the tutelage of your failsons while closing off professional opportunities to them out of spite
This is just pettiness that’s going to impact his players more than it will the Patriots. UNC already doesn’t have many NFL-caliber prospects to begin with, but when you ban a team’s scouts you’re potentially stopping someone from getting noticed.
An NFL team not drafting a UNC late-round player because they weren’t able to scout him is going to hurt that player far more than it’s going to hurt the team.

This guy should have just retired when he was on top and after he ran the greatest QB of all time out of town. He should have just bought a new house down in Nantucket and live the good life, maybe find a UMass chick to bang since that’s clearly his thing.

It’s one thing if he just said he personally didn’t wanna interact with the scouts but they could talk to other position coaches. I’ve always wished Bill well, but to ban them completely is an embarrassing level of petty (regardless of the players’ skill level) and sets a stupid precedent

If true, this is petty trash. While scouts probably have all the tech they need to evaluate prospects, Blocking people from potential future employers just because you don’t like them is hot garbage and as that gets around to recruits, it’ll matter. If true of course.
This is a terrible look if true, you should want NFL scouts at your practices looking at your players, the number one selling point in recruiting is getting players to the NFL, if he’s actively hurting their chances who in their right mind would want to come play for him?
