I will never forget that first TD he scored as a Bill. Great moment
My Amari Cooper jersey is back in the mix! I have a strong policy against wearing former players jerseys who are actively in the league on another team
Dodged a bullet it seems
Will always be grateful for his lateralling skills
His time with Buffalo was short, but his pitch to Josh Allen for the touchdown will be remembered forever.
He looked like he lost a step last year.
Good for him. Super successful career, made a shit load of money and contributed last season to us winning and going deep last year.
A shame he regressed so quickly last year, but he was a part of a couple very memorable TDs which I’m thankful for.
Dude kickstarted our offense last season and opened it up for a lot of guys. Will always love him for that.
he gave us a couple of strong plays even if not utilized very much towards the end. thank u mr coop
He didn’t want to Vonte Davis the Raiders. I respect that. Great career but definitely lost a step or two.
Bro joined the raiders and said oh hell nah
I was at his first game in buff v the titans! Enjoy retirement 🤍
It used to be us that caused veteran WRs to retire before the season. Let’s enjoy the good times.
In hard knocks this week Phillips said how other teams just feel like a job you wake up, do your work, then head home and it isn’t really fun at all it’s just work. But with the bills it’s fun, everybody likes to hangout outside of practice, and it feels like you can just be yourself. Wonder if that contributed to Cooper’s decision
I bet he unretires and finds his way back onto a team making a run for the playoffs towards the end of the season.
Trading a 3rd round pick for him was criminal then, and hilarious now. Enjoy your retirement Amari!
I wonder if he realized he wouldn’t be as happy and content with the Raiders as he was last season with his time with the Bills.
It really feels like a red flag these days to see a veteran wide receiver or cornerback on the market in the middle of a season, like their GM knows something every other GM doesn’t. Losing that step can happen so suddenly that it’s probably pretty easy to keep it under wraps until the deadline.
He seemed like he still had more in the tank. Going out because he’s ready to go is still a good thing though.
Rather him over Gabe
I liked him. I wish he’d been able to stick around. Seemed like a great dude.
Good for him, now enjoy life brother.
One of those great guys that are always welcome.
A story came out at the combine that an nfl front office employee said Cooper was “done.” Not surprised he retired
That means this glorious catch where he takes a hard slam in the end zone was his last career TD. In retrospect, that moment where he was laying on the ground shaking off the impact may have been where he decided “Yah I’m too old for this”.

Why didn’t they sign him to the practice squad at least instead of dumb gabe davis

At least he didn’t retire at halftime
Let’s consider the Lake Effect Lateral to be his coup de grace.
Wasn’t here long, but will always be remembered for what he did with us.
Bro heard the raiders game plan of 4 yard run with Jeanty 100 times a game and said peace out
