He also was part of an additional investment of $315 with Oaktree Capital Management. Soon after that additional $315 million there was a reciprocal 23 year naming rights agreement for $300 million. Not only was Kawhi given the $28 million no show endorsement (approved by CEO with no board approval) right at the time of his extension, he was also given $20 million in stock directly from the other CEO’s personal stock holdings. This is more than circumventing the salary cap. There appears to be a quid pro quo with the investments, naming rights, and endorsements. Finally, at the center of it was the environmentally conscious digital bank with a questionable business model and seller of unregulated carbon credits that failed and defrauded its clients of hundreds of million of dollars.
