And right, you know, we’ve seen Joey Weamer make some nice defensive plays one on a throw on the road trip, made a terrific throw this time going back, well timed leap, got a run on three hits and that is slap towards third, that’s caught. They’re gonna double them up and the inning is over. And after all of that, the Phillies only get one here in the top of the first, the top of the second Phillies with a one nothing lead. Here’s Max Kepler hit Milwaukee yesterday 214, the average, this one’s hit high and deep right field back at the wall and look it up Weaver and that ball is gone. Max Kepler into the second deck here in Miami 15th home run of the season for Kepler and it’s 20 Phillies. Oh man, that ball was impressively hit to that upper take Christopher sanchez 11 and 52.66. It’s a sinker change up versus the Braves, a ton of swing and miss a tough assignment for young left handed hitters. Masa Jr is a high chopper over the head of sanchez. Going to be a tough player. Can’t bare hand. It not sure it was going to matter anyway here, Xavier. Second time tonight, Marlins have had the leadoff man on base grounded fair over the bag at third, rolling down the left field line to the corner. Victor Masa Junior will get the wave. He’s going to score. It’s 2 to 1 now, like I said, you never know what a is going to do. He stayed back on this. It was a little bit sneaks it over the bag and is able to score in that two base hit one run game and the payoff pitch and it’s a big bouncer up the middle cut off by Turner. He’ll fire to first and get Ramirez Marc struck out on three pitches. His first time up ground ball to second, should end it. Scott has it and that will end the inning. Christopher sanchez allows one but that’s all Clayton mccullough will go to his pen here in the fourth lake making appearance number 45 on the year. He’s 5 to 2 with 3.58. Er AJ T hit a long drive up the alley in right center field. JT lines out on the left base hit for, that’s the way the fourth begins. Here’s brandon Marsh. This one is hit deep right field and forget about that one. Brandon Marsh wins the battle and the long at bat with Bacher and it’s a two run home run his ninth of the year and it’s 4 to 1. Phillies here in the fourth. What a short sweet swing from brandon Marsh and it just a tremendous at bat ninth pitch and just pulls his hands in and flicks it. Phillies now lead it 4 to 1. Harrison Bader steps in now from the right side and Bader just unloads on this one deep left field and that one is gone. As Bader goes back to back with Brandon. What a long home run to left for Harrison Bader. It’s his 15th of the year and his third since joining the Phillies. It’s 5 to 1 javier. So Nola is the batter. He took the first pitch at the knees for a strike from Christopher sanchez back out there in the bottom of the fifth inning with a 51 lead ground ball in the hole. Turner takes it and the throw to first just in time hit in the air down the right side. Kepler ranging over he’ll get there, no problem. Ground ball is short turner backhands and the long throw is in plenty of time this time and there’s a quick inning for Christopher Sanchez here in the fifth, moves it along top of the sixth inning. One man gone. Simpson will now see Alec Bone and he hits that one sharply past Sodela and into left field. That’s a base hit for Bohm in his first hit of the night. Now Bryson Stott, he’s zero for two. That’s ball for another walk for Simpson the second that he has issued. I don’t feel he’s got to take advantage of it this time and more runners in scoring position here, there’s a line drive to right. That’s a base hit Holmes gonna be held at third base but Trey Turner, another three hit night , Trey Turner just has been exceptional. Kyle Schwarber steps in bases loaded one out. Schwarber swings and misses and a sweeper strike three. That’s a really good sweeper. That’s what you want to see consistently. So Simpson now working on Harper with the bases loaded two coming Simpson to Harper and he popped him up into shallow center field. Nice job Josh Simpson consecutive innings. He leaves them loaded. George Soriano on the pitch for Miami Soriano. See JTR Muto close pitch there. JT gets the leadoff walk 11 pitch, swung on and hit on the ground, bouncing ball to second. He throw to second and in time to get JT, it’s the only play they’ll make 31 pitch and that one misses outside and he walks them. So runners on 1st and 2nd for the Phils. Now with one out. Kepler started the home run parade for the Phillies tonight. Kepler brings it down the right field line that’s going to be in there for a base hit. It will score. Marsh. His third base goes Bader. They’ll hold him there. Kepler takes a turn, goes back to first base. He’s saved there. And the Phillies tack on a run. Max Kepler’s second RB I of the night and it’s 6 to 1. Phillies. They’ve got runners on the corners with two outs and Bryson ST left handed hitter steps in. There’s a swing and a drive right field, well hit. We were going back looking up at that ball. It’s gone into the Phillies bullpen. It’s a three run home run for Bryson ST his 10th of the year and the Phillies break it wide open here in the seventh and we talked about it before he faced the left hander, knowing at some point he’s going to face another right hander. He loves hitting here in Miami and he jumps all over this little spinning slider, really open things up for him. 9 to 1 Phillies. So that will bring up Navarret Barretto getting his first at bat of the ball game played in two games with the Marlins in 2020 he sends this in the air to center field. This is deep. Got a chance his first ever major league home. I enjoy the moment. That’s a swing. He’ll never forget of you. A fantastic moment for a 30 year old who has spent parts of 12 seasons, Tommy in the major leagues that has seen him play 742 games. You can only watch and smile. You just love that. A new pitcher for the Phillies will be left hander. Tim Mezo made his Phillies debut on Monday in Milwaukee that will bring up Victor Mesa Junior who was singled and bounced out twice. A swing of a pop up shadow left. This should end it. Brandon Marsh waiting on it and he’ll make the catch. The Phillies start the series in Miami displaying the long ball tonight in support of their ace. Yes. All three outfielders go deep tonight.
