Lauri was good but the real hero is Elias Valtonen who hit clutch shot after clutch shot en route to 13 points, almost all of which came in the 4th quarter. I LOVE BASKETBALL BABY!

    also i love the 18 year old Muurinen talking shit to everyone over the slightest things. got the best of him when Guduric came back and hit a 3 the next trip, and when he was stuck complaining to the refs while his teammate got a steal. but the talent is undeniable

  25. I’m so glad Finland’s coach played Miikka Muurinen too, he gave them a lot of energy on defense and big shots. A young phenom who will be a lottery pick soon it’s obvious. I call him Finnish Chet lol

  27. The pure definition of a team win, everybdoy chiped in, bringing Salin from the bench was huge, Little isnt as good of a scorer as he is but his defense is better and they needed it. Bravo Finland.

    Im praying Lauri is healthy enough for the remaining games.

  34. As a Serb I’m pretty okay with this. Didn’t have high hopes like the rest of my country and considering the shit situation in the country with the dictator using police to kill people in the streets this goes perfectly in line with everything Serbian atm.

    These tournaments have always and will always be about unity and teamplay, not starpower.

  36. Pesic is senile at this point. No apparent game plan from Serbia and for some reason they forgot they have Jokic in the team and let Guduric set bricks all game long. Jokic probably hit a lefuckyou 3 to his team at the end.
