CeeDee Lamb drops multiple passes to lose the game | Dallas Cowboys Vs Philadelphia Eagles
Okay, we saw things get really weird with CD Lamb. Starting off right here. It’s a third and 10 early first quarter. Actually, the first play of the first quarter. Dak Prescott is going to find Lamb. Open for a first down. No, it is not a first down. It’s dropped. Could have been intercepted. Just goes end up in through his hands right off his helmet. Luckily ended up just falling, you know, not next to anybody, but okay. Weird play, but hey, everyone will drop a pass eventually, right? No big deal. Well, now let’s go here. We’re in the final three minutes of the fourth quarter, but no worries. Cowboys have the football. They are throwing it down the field. CD Lamb is past his assigned man about to get a big completion except Oh no. Once again, a drop pass that also could have ended up in an interception. I mean, you see this this that’s perfectly thrown by Dak Prescott. That’s just a drop. Again, CD Lamb this, you know, he’s a superstar level receiver. He really is. just uh having a you know a couple of missed catches there. Couple plays later, two minutes left, it’s a fourth down and three situation. You see that, you know, the Eagles are setting the house on this play. So, what do you do if you’re Dak Prescott? Well, you throw one up to your superstar receiver, right? Because of the press pressure here, Prescott throws it a bit far and Lamb just can’t quite make the catch. Definitely not a drop here like the other two were, but still he got both hands on it and wasn’t able to make the grab. you kind of expect him to make that grab, right? So, it’s just even if it would have been an incredible catch, the Eagles would ultimately, you know, run out the clock and win the football game. just a you know a shocking way for the Cowboys to lose it with with CD Lamb being a big part of you know why they lost due to these miscatches.

That throw that went a little long that CD could have caught while diving, that was the perfect throw considering the double coverage and Lamb not creating enough separation

If you watched the Chargers second to last drive you can see the difference in play calling and coaching. You can lead a 80 yard drive passing for 5-10 yards at a time and end it with a tud. Cowboys had all the time they needed with 3 timeouts. Ceedee for sure should have caught those, we pay good money to see it, but Dallas has a deeper issue. Have to orchestrate better drives. Thats coaching and play calling.
