3. Difficult to tell but looks like he may have done the same to the car behind you. You should send the video to Anaheim PD in case the other guy wants to file a claim as well. Definitely file a police report and plaster the still images of the guy and his girl on every subreddit, Facebook page, Angels fan page, etc. Absolute scumbag behavior.
