look at the positives. the cubs are one of the best teams in baseball and have all but punched their ticket to the playoffs, albeit wildcard. these boys can beat anyone, and there isn’t any super team haunting the league

Why is pomeranz starting?
Colossal concerns on this line up! The bigger picture is to allow rest & a breather for starters, post season around corner.
welp, it’ll be good to see the Jaguar for a full start at least.
I guess the guys want to watch the Bears play too… but this is a brutal lineup.
Tucker and PCA are both hurt and a lefty is pitching; the lineup looks about how you’d expect it to look under circumstances.
I know how math works, but the cranky old man in me still thinks it’s ridiculous to not have Busch in the lineup when Tucker and PCA are already out.
