We saw game one, the Rockies beat the Padres’s three to zero. Yes, the Padres’s winning to Korsfield. Went up against Kyle Freeland in that Rockies bullpen and didn’t put up one single run. And look, man, I’ve been trying to catch the falling knife with this Padre team over the last week or so, and it just hasn’t been working. I mean, this is a Padre team that’s two and eight straight up in their last 10. You get sweeped by uh you get swept by a team like the Orioles on your home field. You lose a series to the Twins, which is one of the coldest teams in baseball right now. You lose a series against the Mariners, which is another team that’s extremely cold. And now you’re losing games against the Rockies. It’s like I don’t know, man. Like, yes, I I still think the Padres’s are one of the better teams in the league. I think they’re one of the more talented teams in the league. I think this team’s actually built to make a run once we get into that postseason um era. But man, right now it is really hard to take the Padres’s. And at this point, guys, it’s like, you know, you’re going to have to lay damn near minus 200 with the Padres’s. I’m just not going to do it. I’m not going to do it. And probably game I’m not going to bet, guys. But if I were to bet this game, I mean, give me the Rockies on the money line, you know? Like, like I said, it’s just the Padres’s are ice cold right now. I mean, you scored zero runs in Kors Field. This is a Poders team that beat the Rockies, like I said, 21-0 earlier this season and now they’re putting up goose eggs. I’m I’m going to be on the Rockies. Do I love taking Tanner Gordon? No, I don’t. But if if I had to bet this game, which I probably won’t, I think a sprinkle on the Rockies is the only way I would be able to play it just with the way the Padres’s are playing right now.
