You know, we’ve hit 22 of our last 34. Uh I’m going to have likely a play from uh NFL as well. For the Athletics, it’s Luis Morales listed as the starter in this one, while the Red Sox will counter with Garrett Crochet. And, you know, Morales has been solid for the uh for the Athletics, you know, in his limited action so far this season. But I said a lot of it has to do with the fact that, you know, he’s pitched well. the offense behind him has played very very well for the athletics as well. And so far this year, 3-0, a 1.59 ERA across five starts, six appearances. You look at his numbers at home, a 1.29 ERA across 14 innings of work. Has yet to allow a home run. Knock on wood. But my only concern for uh for Morales has been the walks. He’s issued a combined 11 walks so far this season. But I do think that he can, you know, have a solid start here. Yes, the Red Sox have been fairly solid against right-handed pitching in the last two weeks. You know, sitting middle of the league in terms of isolated power. The team OPS numbers are, you know, inside the top half of the league. The batting average is at 270, which is top 10, but also a 27% strikeout rate. So, they have been, you know, you know, leaving at bats at the plate. They’ve been striking out a fair bit and I think the morale could have a strong start here. Now, Garrick Crochet on the other side, he has been outstanding for much of the year for the um for the Boston Red Sox. However, you’re going against an athletics lineup that’s hitting 272 against lefties in the last two weeks. They do have a high strikeout rate as well, which plays into Crochet’s hand. Crochet a very strikeout dependent starter, but yeah, they’re still hitting lefties really well. The isolated power numbers are rock solid. The team OPS numbers are pretty good as well for the athletics. And like I said, you’re doing damage against lefties. And I think that they can get to Garrick Crochet for a few runs here. We usually get a nice, you know, underdog price with the Athletics. And, you know, I think that uh I think they hold some value once again. And I think that, you know, as Garrett Crochet is still a solid option, we just saw him get hit in his last outing for six, excuse me, seven runs over um nine uh excuse me, across six uh six innings of work, nine hits, gave up four home runs to a Guardians lineup that’s been one of the worst teams in baseball against lefties for much of the season. He’s given up a home run in five straight starts in six of his last seven. And like I’ve said before, with how hitter friendly that ballpark is in Sacramento, that doesn’t necessarily play all too well. So, I’m going to roll with the athletics in this one.
