But it’s the Bills run defense against the Jets. Um the Bills I went through the numbers earlier in this podcast. The Bills got ran all over by by the Ravens and they did last year too, right? It’s it’s a bad matchup and the Bills don’t have to play the Ravens every week. But this is something that’s going to be tested. I It’s a copycat league and the Jets have some of those structural elements to test Buffalo’s run defense. And you know, certainly you’re going to have contrasting um philosophies going into this game where I think the Bills are going to want to be aggressive and score points and and make it a drop back game for Justin Fields where the Jets want the exact opposite of that. They want to play control, pound the rock, keep Josh Allen on the sideline, and limit possessions.

  1. It feels like for the last 4 or 5 straight years, this is a narrative about the bills defense and it's so overblown it's laughable. Their defense struggles against the run a bit, yes. There built small and for speed and pass defense. There are a few teams that will crush them on the ground, namely teams like Baltimore. Their defense is not 'bad'. All team defenses have strengths and weaknesses, this is buffalos.

  3. Buffalo run defense was horrible last year. Everyone ran on them early on and then we just stop. And then try throwing the ball all the time because once again this is a copycat league and you're supposed to throw the ball more than you run it. So Buffalo knows it doesn't need a strong run defense
