  1. trading a player whose value will never be this low again for a player whose value will never be this high again lol

classic miami smokescreen trying to pump up wiggins value

  2. Yes do it. Dalton and a first + expiring. Keep Rui, we need bench power. Wiggins would be an automatic upgrade over DFS

  3. Someone show me how we do this trade without giving up Rui. Wiggins is making 28.
Dalton + Maxi + Gabe still doesn’t get you there

  4. I’m sorry but Wiggins is not worth the 1st in my opinion. If we’re including a first in the package, I’d rather get 2 younger, less talented players with upside instead of 30 year old wiggins

  5. If Dalton would’ve performed and played decent during Summer league this deal would’ve already been done. His poor play made him way harder to move now.

  6. Miami is trying to shed salary, and we may be able to land him with our own expiring contracts and pick. I’m hoping we don’t trade Rui to get this done.

  7. Please god no! Rui is better than Wiggins at this stage of their careers. Rob never learns his lesson with the Miami players.

  8. This all started because a columnist suggested this trade earlier in the week because of the slow NBA news aside from the Kawhi saga.

    This is nothingburger. Move on.

  9. I’d prefer not to trade Rui and only one of Knecht or the pick.

A big problem is Wiggins salary, it would have to be a 3 for 1 and then we don’t have much room under the first apron to fill out the roster.

  10. Fuck that I’m not trading a FRP for Wiggins. I guarantee you that Miami is not getting a FRP from any other NBA team. Simply trying to do the Lakers tax

  11. kleber gabe and dalton works salary wise. problem is we are then at 12 contracts w no room to add 2 more.

  12. I’m sure the Lakers have seen that players with more than a year left are not getting much in return. Wiggins is a gamble only worth expiring contracts, nothing more.

  13. A first rounder is dumb, If any team was offering that they would’ve moved him already. No way Rob is that gullible. Miami just want’s 58 mill. off their books.

  14. Selling low would be embarrassing. People are really undervaluing DK when he’s only been used as a spot up guy on the Lakers.
