Canadiens training camp preview: How will team deal with weight of playoff expectations?

It’s fucked up cause they play the best when there’s no expectations
It’s important that we recognise that the rebuild is not over yet. There are still prospective core players in the system and there are still issues to address. Looking at the current roster in Montreal and Laval as well as players in the developmental leagues I would venture to say that Montreal is two years from the goal of being a strong Stanley Cup contender on an annual basis. Progress is almost never linear but I hope to see the team vie for a playoff or wildcard berth again this season. They are definitely in the mix!
Im sure the doc will only do good for them.
Looking forward to this season with Mcdavid and Crosby on the team.
