What are your thoughts on Ochai Agbaji as a Lakers trade candidate?…. Could be an underrated 3&D wing on a bargain deal

  1. I’d love to get him but who we trading for him? Raptors don’t want Dalton when they already have a taller Dalton on their roster

  3. Rather give minutes to Theirro in this role. If by the deadline, we need a wing, they will be cheaper and we can get a decent one for expirings/swaps.

  4. Fine for a depth piece, but I think the better move for the Lakers is combining expirings to upgrade the top 6/7, not getting slightly better 9th-11th spot.

  5. Yes. But he’s also due for a payday this next offseason which can effect our cap space.

    Agbaji, Keon Ellis, Dosunmu, Dayron Sharpe, Ziaire Williams, Aldama, Bitadze are all some guys around the 23-26 age range I think would be perfect Luka era roleplayers

  6. he’s 6’5. i’d trade assets for someone with better length. for knecht if his development is static i’d look at somebody like highsmith.

  7. I like him a lot. I would even consider Hachimura. Both are very good mid-range shooters. And Agbaji has played the 4. The only issue then is you’re losing size. Maybe Knecht also involved in this deal with another player in the mix. Don’t know if the Raptors have the player that would be good other fit.
