Oh man I contemplated going, but I decided to just stay home and watch the St Louis game. Now I really wish I would’ve gone

This kid is going to be scary in a few years
I watched it on the stream last night. 1st inning was a breeze. 2nd inning he got a little wild, gave up a single up the middle, and then a San Antonio batter crushed a ball that got too much of the plate to right center for a double. 2nd & 3rd with just 1 out. However, and this is the part I think we’ll really appreciate, you could see Doyle bear down. K’d the next batter and got the last out of the inning by getting the batter to roll over an easy grounder to the SS.
You can see the raw talent in Doyle, for sure. I didn’t think he absolutely blew away the AA hitters, tho, so there is continued development needed.
