You will find all my plays there. But let’s get right into this one, guys. We got game three of the series between the Pirates and the Nationals going down on Sunday. We saw game one. The Pirates did win um sorry, no, the Nationals won six to five. Close and competitive game, but the Pirates not close enough, man. And this Pirates team has continued to struggle. Uh what pretty much Yeah. Ever since they swept the Dodgers and I I mentioned that in that Milwaukee series right after because I made a bunch of those videos. I said after that sweep against the Dodgers, I feel like that was like the Pirates Super Bowl. It’s like, all right, we did something cool this season. Um, and then I expected a letown after and yeah, the let down has happened. I mean, this team has lost seven straight games. They’ve failed to score over two runs in six of those seven games. They did score five runs yesterday, but they still lost. Yeah, it’s tough. It’s tough going for the Pirates, but hey, you swept the Dodgers, so good for you. Um, so yeah, it’s really tough to back this team. The Nationals on the other hand are in one of their best stretches right now. Seven and three straight up in their last 10. When you look at the pitching match up, Mike Burrow’s on the mound for Pittsburgh. Kavali on the mount for the Nationals. You know, Mike Burrow has actually put together a few good starts. His last three starts have actually been really damn good. Um, but his team’s just not backing him up. You know, with the Pirates, no matter who’s on the mound, it could be Paul Skins, it could be anyone. Um the issue is just that that lineup doesn’t back their pitchers up. Uh he’s one and four straight up in his last five. Has a 476 erra in his last five, but like I said, his last three starts have actually been pretty impressive. Um Kane Kavali 497 erra RA in his last five, but he’s 4- one. His team’s actually backing him up and he’s coming off a decent start against Miami where he pitched five innings, only allowed two earned runs. Start before that, he pitched five innings again, um only allowed two earn runs. So, he’s coming off backtoback starts where he only allowed two runs. I actually think both these guys are kind of in good form right now. Um, but man, oh man, I I think I just want to ride the hot hand here. I I don’t know if I want to get cute. I am on the Nationals on um Saturday, so we’ll see if that one comes through. It’s like, damn, do I really want to bet the Nationals to sweep the Pirates? That just sounds a little bit ruthless. But I think I am going to do it. I think Kade Kavali and Mike Burroughs, I think that kind of evens out. I actually may like Kavali a little bit better. I think he’s a little bit more dynamic. Um, but it really just comes down to these bats right now. And let’s be real, guys, the Nationals are are hitting the ball. They’re hitting the ball very well and the Pirates can hit a beach ball. So, I’m going to take the Nats. Like I said, if the Nats win game two, then that means we’re we’re basically betting on the NASA’s sweep here. And and I will say that does scare me. So, it’ll probably be a stay away. If let’s say the Pirates somehow win game game two, which I don’t think they do. I think it’s a tough match up for them. Pirates did win game 2, but money came in on the Pirates this morning to move the line from -108 to -118 so idk I like over 6-7 total runs myself, ML is a head scratcher.
