    **Isaac Bonga is an NBA level player.**

    Was 4/4 from the 3pt line, played lockdown defence, and got key rebounds and hustle plays. He’s the one that got Germany through this final.

    That being said, as a fan of his team, Partizan… I’ll be hiding behind my couch, hoping not to read the news of NBA GMs trying to get him. Hope he gets back to the NBA, but not in *the nearest of futures*…

  20. This was my first time watching Eurobasket and honestly it was so fun. I think the on court product is honestly way more interesting than NBA ball (although the reffing was insane at some points)

  23. Still remember the mood after the Supercup Game against Türkiye and how a lot were already writing it off cause we didnt look great.
    Now both put on an amazing final and Germany somehow is reigning World and Euro Champion. Real golden Generation stuff and everyone pulled their weight at different moments. 

  31. They were prob fucked anyways, but Larkin needed to take that last shot, you can’t throw the grenade to your bigman when you need a 3 pointer.

  32. Incredible. What a fucking game all the way through. A clutch push at the end by Germany to finally take the lead. Turkey didn’t shy away but in the end, Germany was able to clutch it out with a clutch 3 pointer to pull ahead by 1 by Theis. But then a great layup to put them back up 1 followed by a clutch middy by Schroder to put them up by 3 with 18seconds left let Germany get this win.

  41. PLS someone sign Bonga, he was the best defender all tournament and he had an insane clutch performance at the finals with those important 20points, insane player.

    Also what a crazy ending, Turkey got tired, their best players playing too many minutes. Schröder with clutch shots at the 4th after having 0points in the first half.

  42. Those last few possessions showed the experience and talent gap. Turkey kept trying to force everything through Sengun while Germany had Schröder confidently getting to his spots. Incredible game

  43. Holy shit I am not from any of those countries and I almost got a heart attack. That last quarter was BEAUTIFUL.

    Larkin doing magic, Schroeder clutching and Bonga was insane. That last rebound and Dennis ultra contested shot was crazy.

    Türkiye played a perfect tournament despite the result in the final, massive props to them.

  45. Crazy how close Slovenia was to beating them with that roster aside from Luka. Need Gafford as their nationalized guy!

    Really all 3 medalists feel right. Happy for Giannis, Sengun, Dennis (and Dirk lol)

  46. Somewhat tangential but very important (to me) footnote: no Magic players injured in 2025 Eurobasket haha. After the season(s) they’ve had recently, this is no small matter. And speaking of injured Magic players, guest Magenta Sport “Experte” Mo Wagner is currently WIGGING OUT on air. He looks sweaty, drunk and can barely form a coherent sentence. I love this for him

  47. They are best. World Champions, european Champions, both occasions without single defeat in tournament!!  

    Ataman Turkey leasing by Sengun played amazing tournament finally adequate of their quality. They were ahead pretty much 39 minutes of 40 in this Championship game. Dennis the Menace Schroder again German clutch hero with double double semifinal and final!

  49. Imma start pushing the Schroder HOF narrative, been rooting for Germany in FIBA since Dirk but Dennis finally got it. He actually did it, after years. Dirk will always be Germanys GOAT but Dennis definitely needs to be in the HOF for this run.
