Since BC has only coached 19 games with the Titans so far, to make it equal this is also showing Whisenhunts stats through his first 19 games as the head coach. Pretty eye opening that even with how bad Whisenhunt was as a person and a coach, Callahan is right there with him statistically speaking.

  1. I legit don’t understand why they didn’t fire him this offseason. They really saw last year and thought, yeah he’ll be here with cam for at least 2 more years

  2. We have the colts at home and then the Texans away. If we lose both I think Callahan is done. One thing good about our ownership is they aren’t afraid to make these tough decisions. They won’t let Callahan stick around the whole season at this rate.

  3. We’ve been able to hang with most teams in the first half of almost every game during Callahan’s tenure, but you can count on them pulling away from us in the second half every time. I know fuck-all about scheme or adjustments, so I’m not sure why it keeps happening. Some of the Callahan criticism is a bit unfair, but the ā€œtale of two halvesā€ trend is pretty hard to ignore

  4. This is the most conclusive evidence I’ve seen to support the notion the Callahan is an atrocious Head Coach.

Year 1 was NOT an anomaly. We are seeing a continuation. We are seeing a trend.

Don’t ruin Cam Ward like we did Mariota!

FIRE CALLAHAN. FIRE CALLAHAN. FIRE CALLAHAN.

  5. Yikes.

With Cam’s talent, we need a pure offensive coach. Let’s lean into offense and just try and outscore everyone and let defense be a bunch of dudes only on rookie contracts.

Cam deserves a stud WR and another dominant OL

  6. This isn’t fair to Whisenhunt cause we were starting Zach Mettenberger that 2014 season. Our best receiver was Nate Washington and our starting RB was Antonio Andrews. Its safe to say Callahan has had way more to work with and has sucked way worse.

  7. Now look up the rosters for both and tell me you wouldn’t take Callahan’s 10/10 times. Cally has to go

  8. Should’ve never been given the chance to coach this season, just criminal. I love the rookies Borgonzi and Brinker drafted, but if we are to believe Amy Adams Strunk has truly handed over all football decisions to them then they are also responsible for keeping Callahan around.

  9. OOF, yeah that’s the fucking Spiderman pointing meme right there.

So we’re all in agreement, then: The problem is Callahan. Levis regressed basically immediately with him, and Cam is only able to show flashes of greatness DESPITE him.

He honestly shouldn’t make it through the whole season if this keeps up. Frankly I wouldn’t let him make it past Thanksgiving, depending on what our record is by then.

  10. Everything is nearly identical. Fire him tomorrow, nothing left to see here. Shitty hire, he should’ve been fired when they fired Ran. We’re going to waste a valuable year of Cam’s development on a shitty coach that won’t be here next season. He might not even make it to the midway point.
