    I get owners do this, but Robert’s living in the past too much. Stop with the Vrabel glazing over his playing days, it’s about the *here* and *now*. Less is more.

    Vrabel gets it. He *immediately* turned the focus towards the *players*. Few balls towards deserving players, a couple of balls to build others players up at a critical time. Seemed smart.

    I am not sure how the team under Mayo handled these, but I’m happy Vrabel has moved on from the Belichick/Super Bowl-era tradition of the “How do we feel about the *(insert here)*? AAAAAW YEAH!! In and of itself it’s fine, but this team needs to forge their own identity, even on something as small as their victory chant.

    Wow I’d run through a fucking brick wall for Vrabel. If the x’s and o’s and gameplans are good week-to-week, he will be a dominant coach considering his leadership and motivation skills
