Orioles vs. White Sox Game Highlights (9/15/25) | MLB Highlights

Maybe most importantly tonight, the pooches have arrived. It is dog day at the park. Our final dog day of the season. Our four-legged friends have made it out to the ballpark and plan to have an amazing night as do we on this Roberto Clemente day in baseball. In recognition for each club for the best representation, extraordinary character, community involvement, veteran Mike Tman, who wears 21 today on Roberto Clemente day. Bernber, the nominee for the Orioles for the Roberto Clemente Award, just turned 29 years old. Kyle Bradish a couple of days ago, making his fourth start of the year. And it’s been Kyle Bradish, man. 265 ERA. Mike Tman earns himself a walk to start this ball game. So Tauman with a leadoff free pass. Here’s Teal. And that is a really nice two seam dream right there by Kyle Bradish. Right in the same spot he walked. Tman Bradish gets the call here for the first strike out. and Lenin Sosa getting ready to bat. Swing and a miss. Goes down and a slider. So after teal cave, Sosa suffers the same fate. Two-way and now it’s going to send another one of the White Socks exciting young players, Coulson Montgomery off to the plate. Ball hit to center field and it’s going to fall in front of Cowser. So Montgomery with a two out single and the Socks now with a runner in scoring position for Curtis Me. There’s a swing and a slicing line drive. Base hit right field. O’Neal will play it on a bounce. Here comes Tacman. He’ll score. Montgomery to third and it’s one to nothing. Shawn Burke working as a bulk pitcher tonight. He did that in Baltimore earlier this year. Kobe Mayo the DH leads off the Orioles third. Hey, got him looking on a slider across the knees and Burke a little stared down a Mayo. So Bio really earns a walk. So a job well done for Basio. And now Cowzer back. got him upstairs with the high heat. Did you hear what the White Sox played after the strikeout? They played a doorbell sound. That’s a six sense of humor on Bark of the Park night. So, two walks, two strikeouts in the inning. That’ll bring up Jackson. Jackson ground ball through the box on an 02 pitch. Jeremiah Jackson comes through. Holiday gets into third. Jeremiah will swim into second. He moves up a base after a two strike two out RBI single in the first ball in play of the inning puts the Orioles in a 1-1 tie and another walk here for Tman. So two lead off walks for Tman tonight. Now Kyle Teal swing and a miss. He struck them out. Put him away with a curveball. Fifth punch out for Bradish. He bounces back after that four pitch walk. And now there’s one out. Lenin Sosa a powerful right-handed batter will come to the plate. Throws a two seamer and buries him. Bradish has struck out six in the first eight outs and he’s punched out Sosa swinging twice. Montgomery draws a walk. Well, it’s not a single, but he does reach. Yep. So, that’s a that’s a good sign. Me last time up drove in the only run for the White Sox. So, yeah, we got the right guy up there right now. Swing and a miss. He struck him out. So, Bradish K’s me. He c the side. He’s retired nine white socks and seven by strikeouts. One out. Here’s Mount Castle. as Mount Castle hits a line drive base hit left field. Over has been intended shy of the warning track. He gets to it and that’s a one-out single. Second hit of the day for the over. And now Beavers will bat two-2 and he got him looking on a curve ball. So that is his fourth strike out. Oh, it’s up and in. It got him in the hand. Mayo is stung on a two strike two out 95 mph fast. And high velocity right off the left hand with the velocities being created. We’ve seen a lot of this the last couple of years in my opinion because hitters have to get the hands going because you got to catch up with 96 97 mph. So you start your hands when you get a ball you’re just exposing both hands out in front of home plate. It’s just hard. It’s almost impossible to get them out of the way. Watch him kind of start and once you start, man, you just can’t hardly stop. That ball came up and hit him right in the side of the face. It looked like too. Yeah. Looked like that caught a little bit of the guard he had on the wrist. So hopefully that helped lessen the blow. It’s the six batter Burke has hit this year. And another free pass. Here is Samuel Bisayio. A two on, two out. Swinging a ground ball right to the second baseman, Maidroth. He’ll flip to first. Inning over. Oriel Strand two. That’ll bring up Dominic Fletcher. He’s playing center. But Fletcher shoots this one to the gap in right center field. He is hustling towards second and he will shut it down with a double to start this bottom of the fifth inning. Four out of five innings. The White Sox have got the lead off batter of an inning on. Top of the lineup coming for the White Socks. He needs a strike out. And he got it. That ball moved all the way across the plate. Whipped the two seamer past Tman and a strike out number eight. When a hitter looks back at the pitcher like that, that means the ball’s moving like a whiffle ball. Tio left field. That ball slicing toward Beavers. He’s got it in his sights. And after a leadoff double, Fletcher is still at second with two outs. Fletcher has been at second since the start of the inning. And Sosa goes down. Swinging three strikeouts for Sosa tonight. Nine for Bradish as he finishes off five big time. That’s how you finish right there. KB elevates that two seamer just about let her high. Nine punch outs and we are all square through five. Runner at first. Two outs. Sixth innings and it is Tyler Alexander out for the 49th time. He could use an out. There’s a rocket up the middle on the ground. That’s a base hit into right field. Mayo stops at second base. So a two out walk. a pitching change and then a left on left hit for Basio. And again with two outs, the Orioles have a chance to scratch out a run. So now it’s Cowser. Mayo Bisio the runners and Cowser sends a fly ball to deep left. Ben and Tenny will watch it fly for the second straight game. Colton Cowser goes out to the opposite field and his three-run home run puts the Orioles on top four to one. Come on now, milkman. Give me that Weaver. That’s big time right there. That’s finally. There’s your big knock. But runners in scoring position. There’s Jackson Holiday. That is a hit. That ball’s ripped inside the chalk. Jackson Holiday will decide to make his temporary home second base. Well, the lefties. Tyler Alexander came in for the lefties. He hadn’t gotten any of them out. Basio, Cowser, and Holiday with three straight left on left hits. Love it, too. Now face a righty and Jackson. This one in the air to right fieldman near the wall and he makes the catch. So that is out number three. Got a new pitcher in the ball game. It is Mike Vassel. And we’re in the ninth. He faces Holiday. Holiday sprays it into right center. He’s got a base hit. All this guy does is get on base. Now this kid is really having a special special end of the season. Here’s Jeremiah Jackson. Grounded to third as me starts it off. M drops throw. 543 double play is turn here in the ninth. Jace did a great job of getting this ball away because it was a double clutch by me at third base and it disrupted the timing of this. Gunner Henderson grounded to first and off the glove. Sosa still going to be a play by my draw. Yes, he did it. The deflection and my draw the youngster stays with it. Nice heads up play by Maidraw and Sosa back to the bag and they get the out by an eyelash. Dietrich ends the lefty out of the Baltimore pen. 0 and2 and Dietrich ends. He is ahead here against Coulson Montgomery. Swing and a miss. High fast ball and down he goes. 15 strikeouts by Orioles pitching in this game. So Miguel Vargas is going to hit for Ben and Tendi with two outs. is popped up by Vargas on the infield. Jackson Holiday is there. Bucket for the birds tonight on the south side. They win it by a final of four to one as Chicago does not get a hit after the leadoff double in the fifth inning as the Orioles take the opener on the south side of Chicago. [Music]

  1. Glad we won and it looks like Bradish and Rogers as our #1+#2 starting pitchers next season (hopefully we can get Rogers back for next season+) but for the last 3 seasons our problem has been our offense in 80%+ of our games+wins, we can only score by hitting HR. This season with the absolutely insane/record-breaking # of injuries never really gave us a chance but hoping 2026 will be different!!

  2. Kyle Bradish is a beast. Our bats not so much. Cant wait for Westy and Adley to be back. Kinda wish we traded TON and kept Laureano! Holliday is going to be awesome as well
