Down to 2 (3) games. Need this team to play with some fire. Some energy. No half-ass efforts.
As much as I am rooting for this team, after watching the Phillies and Dodgers play last night, makes me feel like we don’t have what it takes. But who knows, maybe the bats will get hot at the right time. Fingers crossed!
We need to win these last series and get at least 1 sweep this f we want a chance at the division. Not great odds, but its possible. Bats seem to be waking up but that was vs dome really incompetent pitching with the Rockies in town. Mets pitchers have not been good lately either, so lets hope we stay hot.
