The Boston Hawks start their series against the Athletics today. So, let’s talk about the lineup. Jeffree Springs is on the mound for the A. So, you already know it’s a lefty lineup. Rick will be leading off at first base with Nathaniel Low on the bench. He has a chance to extend his hit streak to 15 games. Spregman also has a chance to extend his hit streak to seven games. Rob Center takes over at DH with Nate Een in right field and Masaki on the bench. We all know how I feel about Rob Center in the field, so I’m so glad he’s at the DH spot. Stooggar joins the lineup at second base. I honestly becoming a fan. Jiren Durant batting eight, the lowest he’s bat all year and the lowest he’s bat since May of 2024. Then we have Connley Early making his second MLB start and coincidentally second against athletics. I am so intrigued to see what he’s going to bring tonight.
