DJ Ray Burn at second and Shawn Barber is over third. Driven out to right field and deep. Walner on the run. He’s going to play it off the wall and he will hold Gisham. [Music] That one’s driven into right center field. It dunks in there for a base hit. So, two straight singles to open the game against Zebie Matthews. Hey, you know, Michael, they have as many hits right now as they did all of that. And that’s a base hit to right center. Gisham rounds third. He’s going to score. Judges going to third. It’s an RBI single for Bellinger. His 94th RBY of the year. Highfly ball deep center. Bucks it back on the track. Reaching for the wall. He makes the catch. Tagging and scoring is Judge. It’s a long sack fly for Stanton. His 50th ribby of the year. And the Yankees lead two nothing. Runner goes from first. Swinging a miss. Throw to second and Bellinger’s in there. Strange catch of the ball. Yeah, by the shortstop Fitzgerald. What was he doing? Ground ball and through for a base hit off the glove of a diving McMahon. Lornick scores. Moving to third is Clemens. It’s an RBI single for Lewis and it’s 2-1 Yanks. We’re a going no throw. So Royce Lewis is Yankees lead. Bottom third of the order. Here’s Ryan McMahon and he swings at the first pitch and drives it out to left field. Outman back on the track leaps and makes the play up against the wall. But you would say he’s having a pretty good year at 19 and 70. Right center field and that is going to be in there for a base hit. Walner can’t cut it off. will play it off the wall and Bulpi is rounding second and he’ll stop right there with a double. [Applause] Wells fly ball deep center. Bucks it back on the track at the wall and it’s off the top of the wall. Vulpi will score. Wells stops at second with an RBI double and it’s 31 Yanks and he missed a home run by just an inch. Go back and tag if he caught it. Highfly ball deep right. Walner back turning looking. See youa. A home run for Gisham. His 31st of the year. And the Yankees lead five to one. Ben Rice loops one into right field. And that is going to find Grass for base hit. The hits just keep on coming as Judge advances to second. Lined into right field. That’s a base hit. Judge rounds third. He’s coming home. Here’s the throw. He is in there ahead of the throw from Walner who has a great arm. An RBI single. It’s a bad pass. It’s a bad fast ball. That one swinging miss gets away. The throw to first through positive contributions on and off the field. Both today at MLB together.com/clemente award. McMahon swings it in the is what you do going forward now. Stuff behind you doesn’t matter and he works a walk. [Music] Wells lines one into left center field. That is in there for base hit. McMahon held up. He’s going to stop there at third. The record which is 306 but they’ve done quite well. Fly ball left center. Alman makes the catch. Tagging McMahon. All the runners tag. That’s ripped into left center field. On the run is Buckton. He makes the catch. Tagging is Bulpi. He’ll score. Throw comes into third. It’s a sack fly for Jud. Line drive. It’s a base hit to right field. That’ll go to the wall. Scoring is Wells and Rice with an RBI double. Everybody’s enjoying the day and the Yankees are up 9-1. Second hit this hard in fly ball a judge and this was in Baltimore where the Orioles were in the first base. I mean there’s just so many things that go through your head. Runner goes nice diving play and he turns it into an out as Chisum moves to second. He’s kind of made a statement that he wants to be part of the club next year. Another base hit for Vulpi. Chisum rounds third. He’s coming home. He’ll score. Second hit for Vulpi. Third time he’s on base. And the Yankees have double digits. They lead 10-1. You should get paid for every K. Fly ball right uh left field coming on is Bellinger and he makes the play for the final out. 10 in a row retired by Cam Slip. There’s a line drive. Base hit to left center field. Alman cuts the ball off. Big turn by Rice. That one is looped over the head of McMahon. A base hit for Fitzgerald. Just seemed to carry over to 24. Highfly ball deep center. No chance. Gone. A long home run. Boy is that out, man. That is a two-run home run for Minnesota. Runner goes the throw to second and off the runner. Buckton is now 23 for 23 in stolen bases and they pick him off and the throw is not a time that gets away from McMahon. And let’s see if Buckton is hurt. And the pitch to Clemens and it gets past Wells. Here comes Buckton. He’ll score. Lornick moves to third. It’s 10-4. The Japanese pitchers have outstanding split fingers. Grounded sharply to third. Lewis scoops it up. Takes his time and gets Stanton for the first out of the six. Well, Meredith alerted me. Ground ball of second. And that’s a double play. So you’ll never hear about the creme brulee. Good for me. That one is ripped into right center field. It’s a base hit. Knocked down by Gisham, but Walner will go to second with a double. That she wants to spend the rest of her life with. Base hit up the middle. Gasper picks up an RBI single. Yarborough on in relief. Highfly ball deep right. Judge back turning looking. See youa. This is getting a little too close for the Yankees liking. It’s now 107. That’s going to be a base hit to left field. Cutting over Bellinger. Buckston hustling to second and he will make it with a double. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Mark Lighter Jr. comes on. Martin Bunts. It’s a beautiful bunt and it’s going to be a base hit. Wow. A perfect bunt down the third baseline. Now Bucks moves to third. You could use the laugher. Warner goes high drive right field. Judge back on the track at the wall. He makes the play. Buckton tags and scores. Martin heads back to first. A long sack fly by Lornick. First base. Clemens steps on the bag and the Yankees go down in order. Backing up Chisum and Lighter Jr. retires the Twins in order. One, two, three. As we take it to the eighth. He doesn’t always get it away. And ball gets away as Judge will go to second. And Yankee send Goldman up to pinch it for Rice. When he’s wild, he’s wild up. Judge takes off for third. The throw. Got it. It’s just got to be a really good one. And it was strong inning for Devin Williams as he retires a twin. Hit sharply and through for base hit. I would think that you see Cabayro possibly run here for Stanton. Warner goes big jump throw to second safe. 47 stolen base. I mean it’s amazing to me Cabrera is looking how much bigger of a lead he gets. Michael humongous lead and McMahon grounds to Clemens. as a flip to Cabrera. Moving to third is Cabayro. Judge ran back to the wall and made the catch. That one’s gone. Now it’s 109. Oh, did he crush it? Wow. If he could throw another one, you would think that he would get him out. And he does. And the Yankees hold on from a laugher to a nailbiter.

  1. Keep buying Yankee stuff and its not ever gonna stop Yankee fans. ( A 90's Yankee fan here). But nebuur forget to Live, LAUGH, Love. Its all business now😊

  2. Twins starter only throwing fastballs one after the other come on that’s fucking BS MLB players relying on only one pitch no ball movement at all and pretend to win a game like this ?? Are this people really competing? I don’t think so you just giving out games and making players stats go up for money this games are all made up MLB sets the rules and loosing teams obey watch carefully and see it yourself is so obvious!

  3. This Yankees team has to do way, way better if they are going to compete in October. The way they played tonight I wouldn't take them over any other team in contention to make the postseason.

  4. Esquizofrenia total !

  5. The Mets and Yankees can score with anyone, but can’t pitch to save their lives. How deep can either go in playoffs?
Without a quick turnaround, not deep at all.
