The #Titans fell in Week 2 to the #Rams. How bad was their home opener this season? Did they improve?

  1. They didn’t win. So no, not really on the improving part.

Realistically Cam looks way more calm and poised as a QB than Levis. So I’d say we have upgraded our QB but not improved as a team.

  2. Our rookies are the real deal.

Our coaching is the worst in the NFL. Offensive play calling was as bad as it was predictable.

Coaches failed to make necessary adjustments in the 2nd half. McVay ran circles around our coaching staff all day.

  3. Thought there was promise in all three phases in the first half. Excited about several rookies. I think if we keep expectations relatively low, we can feel pretty good moving forward. Obviously the coaching needs to get better. McVay is one of, if not the best, so it makes sense that they adjusted and ran away in the second half.

  4. Rookies are good, more or less confirming Borganzi as the guy.

Cam is likely going to be a franchise QB despite the stat lines. With some real talent around him he could be very dangerous. Fun to watch and has an insane TD pass.

Callahan is trending towards not being our coach next year unfortunately. Team doesn’t really look improved; it just looks more talented. Excited to see who Borganzi brings in as a coach if Callahan gets fired.

  5. Cam Ward is better than Levis and some of the rookies are very promising but I don’t think were are a much better team than last year. Similar problems. Bad O line, suspect offensive play calling, suspect secondary, suspect head coaching decisions. Seems similar in way probably because of bad coaching.

  6. – It was good to see some of Cam’s flaws that still need fixing in the second half but he’s obviously on the right path for stardom.

    – Skronk did great for how banged up and rough the rest of our o line looked in the game so there’s a positive in that department for now. Latham coming back should help a little but I worry about Moore still.

    – We need an RB2 next draft or FA really bad. No Spears is killing us right now and if he misses time again before we have a good backup plan somebody has to get fired in the front office.

    – I would consider the special teams unit saved which thank the lord.

    – Elic was totally a steal this past draft. The rest of the receivers gotta pick it up. Ridley is letting us down severely for what should’ve been an easier matchup to deal with. Also I think I am alright moving on from the Chig experience this offseason.

    – Same stuff from Callahan, I honestly like what he’s doing to spread the field but he’s gotta know what we’re struggling with right now and how to call drives around those flaws.

    – Finally the defense got cooked a few times but overall picked up from where they left off last week. It just seemed like they were worn out by the end of the game again which obviously falls on the offense overall. I also have been seeing a lot of good tape from Sneed this past week on socials so that (cautiously) excites me

  7. Legendary coach Bill Walsh would script the first 25 plays of the offense. Callahan scripted 3 plays, run, run, pass.

Nothing imaginative happening in the play calling.
