Seems like a good day for us to win and the dodgers to lose.
We will win and the dodgers will also win today. That’s how it goes for us in this race lol
Losing last night sucked, but if we can win the next 2 we will still be in a good spot. If we lose them, then things are going to start looking ugly.
Need to win a NickyP start. At least we had SOME success with the bats yesterday. Need to maybe get more baserunners this time.
Peterson is a lefty?…
OH NO.
The Dbacks sniffing a spot now after possibly burying the Giants. They have a tough road against the Phillies and Dodgers but we can’t ignore the possibility of something hillaroius happening in the final series of the season at Petco.
Let’s just hope coach makes moves ASAP if shit starts going down hill unlike last night when king should have been taken out earlier instead of the shit show coach kept allowing to happen. I get it. It’s king… but this is the MLB. You think as a team. If dude is not preforming well then, next.

Would really like to have the WC clinched before the Brewer series. And definitely before the last series against AZ
KTF Padres can still win the series and we have our two best pitchers going out there to give us a chance

Sigh 😔
Ive been on the Schildt train since day one but this last month is making me lose faith in him. Why keep doing the same thing if it’s not working.
Not going to worry about the division – 3 back with 12 to play sounds doable, but not when it’s the Dodgers.
We’re also not going to catch the Cubs, so I’m resigned to the fact that we’re heading to Wrigley for a Wild Card matchup against a team that is definitely better than us.
KTF and all that, but this team ain’t got the juice this year.
LA has been trying to hand us the division for the past month but we refuse to take it. They’re proving they’re content with the WC and having to go to a hostile environment in Chicago for a short best of three series where we play two tough lefties the first two games. This team has no one to blame but themselves for when they are quickly eliminated and sitting on their asses watching another team win a WS for the 6th season in a row where they should’ve made or won at least one by now. Forever losers until they prove us otherwise.
Doomers need to remember that literally anything can happen in the playoffs. Are we hitting our best right now? Probably not. Are we pitching our best right now? Also no. Can all of that change in the next week and a half? 100% Yes!
It is next to impossible for us to miss the playoffs at this point. Can we jump ahead of the Dodgers? If the Dodgers collapse, maybe? Probably not though.
The next two weeks are all about getting right and getting healthy. Then we go into Wrigley and literally anything can happen in a three game series. Keep the faith!
