Training Camp Roster

  1. I have no clue about the skill level of some of theses prospects but it’s nice to see some real size in the program, there’s some seriously big boy, and as a side note it seems Shabanov has put on about 10lbs since he signed which is for sure needed at his height. My expectations for this season are low but I’m genuinely excited to see how this team progresses.

  2. Sean Day is here. He’s a mildly interesting and kind of sad hockey story. He was the fourth player ever granted exceptional status to play in the CHL at age 15, a year before he would have been old enough. The first three were John Tavares, Aaron Ekblad, and Connor McDavid. Making him the first ever exceptional status player to not at least mount a decently successfully NHL career. He was drafted by the Rangers in 2016 and to date has played 2 nhl games. 0 Goals, 0 assists, 0 points, 0 penalty minutes.
