NEARING A 30/30 SEASON! Jazz Chisholm Jr. goes yard for the 29th time this year π·
So you look at him and you all that’s I mean that is such an economical deal for them. This guy’s like a number two type of starter and you know Beo wanted the security and and he grabbed it. Roman Anthony did the same thing. So you have cost certainty on two really important players. They also did it with Christian Campbell and that one hasn’t worked out so well. Right. Yeah. I mean, it’s it’s a risk when you do it because if you base him on less than a 100 at bats, you’re really not sure. And the and the thing to me about Beo is he took a huge step this year. 22 is RA was 471. 23 4.24. 24 4.49. 312 coming in today. And the difference is he’s figured out how to get lefties out. He really struggled with left-handers. Not anymore. Not since the he started using his cutter. Bottom of the ninth inning, Blue Jays trail the Orioles by two, but they have runners on first and third with one out. Michael, your memory is much better than mine. I You didn’t have all these foul tips. You know what I’m saying? Right. Was Cleveland really the first club to start doing that to locking players up when they were young? Yes. Uh that’s I remember them doing it and that’s why they were able to keep that core together as long as they could because those players are so great. They would have commanded too much money. Yeah. But then those contracts eventually finished and then those guys did leave. Albert Bell signed with the Orioles almost signed with the Yankees. Deep to right field eaten back trap wall. See youa. A long home run for Jazz Chisum. And the Yankees lead 4 nothing. His 29th home run of the year. I love that little hop that he has when he hits it in his little euro move when he gets it to it. This is not an easy ballpark to hit balls out in right field because it plays so deep. But again, it’s a breaking ball that you’re able to pull and you’re able to hit with power. And look at this. 40, 40, and 162. 48 stolen bases. There was a time for about I don’t know a month and a half. He didn’t run it all this year. But he has been fantastic. Very productive. He just wants a hug. Coning fouls it away. Remember when he first came over, Aaron Boon said, you know, let’s just wear one chain, right? Let’s get it down to one chain. But when you go 40 40 over 162, you can wear whatever you want. I think some of the rules have changed this year. It looks good. Verdugo was the one he had to watch. And I have argued Con and the numbers back it up. The largest slug in baseball is on cutters and that was a cut because you speed the bat up, you get the bat head out, and if it doesn’t have enough movement, it hits the barrel. And that’s exactly what it did. High popup, shallow center. Raphaela is there and puts it away for the final out of the fifth. But Josh Chisum has three RBI’s on the day. This was number three. He absolutely crushed it and he had time to look at it and enjoy it. His 29th of the year and a 4 nothing Yankee lead. [Music]
Jazz Chisholm Jr. gives the New York Yankees a 4-run lead vs. the Boston Red Sox with his 29th blast of the year π₯

jazz haters bout to break there tv after hatin on jazz for so long on the internet hahaha jazz is close to 30/30 a two time all star yet still the most hated player in the mlb remember they said jazz had no power because of a dumb hr derby ππππππnow look
My favorite thing about Chisolm is watching him sail a routine
throw to first into the 8th row.
Tensions are rising between these two teams. Time to FIGHT! GO SOX!
Itβs 40/40. Not 30/30!
He ainβt getting a single HR in post season watch
Jazz has played exactly 162 games since becoming a Yankee. In those 162 games, he has 40 homers, 48 steals, 97 RBI and 99 runs. He is 2nd among active 2nd basemen in OPS, 1st in steals, 1st in RBI. He is a top 3 second baseman in baseball, maybe 2nd behind Marte.
As a Sox fan Iβm not afraid of jizzholmπ in the least. Weβve owned them the last few years while we sucked
Nice uniforms…π
