Burrow Surgery Update

  1. Derrick Henry is still a god amongst men, and tuas problems aren’t foot related. I’ll take this as a win!

  2. Imagine telling Bengals fans before the season Burrow would have something medically in common with Tua by week 3.

  3. wonder what kind of bag you get when you’re NFL superstars’ go-to surgeon. lotta pressure tho.

  4. At least it was his left foot so it’s more for planting than getting torqued when throwing.

  5. I think most people are considering Burrow to be done for this season, but I honestly think if the rehab goes well and the Bengals are still within striking distance to make the playoffs, he will come back and play, even if he’s not near 100%.

  6. I was wondering when the surgery was going to happen.

Felt like with his hand, he was prepped for surgery the following day

  7. I’d love to see how he keeps his bulk and conditioning during recovery. I am just a plebe but 2 weeks off of running and it’s like starting over.

  8. It’s crazy how good you gotta be at your job that when someone says ā€œyeah he’s getting surgery by this guyā€, an entire fanbase breathes a sigh of relief. Dr. James Andrews is an absolute legend, and he doesn’t keep any orthopedists that can’t handle his standards at his practice (even though he’s actively retired). I feel a lot better knowing he’s gonna have Derrick Henry feet now.

  9. You aren’t football ready immediately after the 3 months though. He could literally just be able to walk normally by then , not play football. He is done for the year
