For the Texas Rangers, it’s Tyler Molly making his return to the lineup while the Marlins will counter with Jansen Junk who is back into some solid form. I mean, he’s had quality starts in two of his last four outings and is one out shy of a third back on August 23rd against the Blue Jays. But in his two starts since returning to the fold for the Miami Marlins, he’s given up nine runs in 10 and a third innings of work. And those are the two starts in the month of September that he’s had. And now you’re facing a Texas Rangers lineup that has admittedly cooled offensively against right-handed pitching in their recent games, hitting 235. Um the team OPS numbers have been, you know, dropping. So, I don’t necessarily love the form that the Texas Rangers are in offensively, but to be said, I don’t know necessarily love the uh the form that the Miami Marlins are in either. They’re hitting 244, you know, the team OPS numbers against righties in the uh in the month of September. Bottom 10 in baseball as well. And Tyler Mal, you know, wasn’t necessarily the sharpest when he uh, you know, when he was coming uh, when he was coming through in his uh, in his last stint before he went on the injured list. But, you know, you look at the just the minor league numbers for Mallay uh, this season. You know, he went, you know, a 6.14 erra in AAA round rock, cross seven and a third innings of work. I think he’s going to be okay in this matchup. Ultimately, I do think that the Rangers can break through against Jansen Junk. Um, but what I am going to do here is I’m gonna take the over in this game. I just think this is going to be a bit of a higher scoring game in this one. Um, I think that we’re going to get some runs here. I trust the Rangers bullpen more if it gets to it in the later game situation. Um, but I don’t want to layus 160 with the Rangers in their current form where they’ve dropped a ton of games as of late. They are the more desperate team, but desperation doesn’t always translate to wins as well. And this Miami offense is hitting fairly well right now. So I could see them, you know, putting up a decent number here. They are coming off a Kors field series though without a day off in between. So who knows how that’s going to affect them. It hasn’t necessarily affected teams as much as it has in the last couple of years, but I I still think we’re going to get some runs in this game regardless. So I’m going to take the over between the Marlins and the Rangers, and that’s going to be my free pick.
