  1. just putting stuff in my cupboard earlier and I came across my white 2019 purchased replica aaron sanchez jersey

bought it during my trip to toronto in the store in *the* shopping centre (you know the one)

I properly started watching the team in 2021, I could have bought an early Bichette jersey. I didnt know who sanchez was or what a pitcher is. I still barely know who he is

  2. The absolute worst result this weekend leaves Toronto…still in first place in the American League.

Edit: Removed link to magic number page as I misread it initially.

  3. They were 3 ahead in the division last week going into the Orioles series.

Both them and the Yankees had the same record over that week.

    Gotta win this series.

  5. Would like a bunch of Jays offence to stay awake tonight. Really getting tired of Hospital life. Pretty sure Anne Frank had more to eat.
I do have to say the Doctors and especially the nurses have all been top shelf. The food people not too much in the biggest hurry to just plop the food down and run off.
Anyway that’s me on the hospital scene.

  6. Since the start of September

    Jays: 10-6

    Yankees: 10-6

    Sox: 7-8

    Tigers: 5-10

    Gaurdians: 13-4

    Astros: 9-7

    Mariners: 11-5

    Rangers: 8-7

  7. I love sports because of the entertainment value. But nothing is more entertaining than sports fans. On Tuesday night a good portion of this sub had popped the champagne for the American League title while the Yankees sub had sold their playoff tickets and started prayer circles for the 2026 season. Two games later, games which didn’t really surprise, and it’s the exact opposite. I look forward to tonight because the two subs will lose their minds in one direction or the other.

  8. Lets go !! With a three game lead l, really four with the tiebreaker with 9 to play the Jays control their Destiney heading into the KC series . The bats need to step up after a few non stellar days in Tampa. This final week could be a roller coaster and I am ready to ride it.

  9. There are some great games and matchups tonight and this weekend.

BAL vs NYY – Trevor Rogers vs Will Warren (Looks like the only favorable matchup for the O’s in this series)

BOS at TBR – Crochet at Rasmussen

HOU vs SEA – Brown vs WOO is a really good matchup. HOU also has Valdez and Alexander lined up while SEA also has Kirby and Gilbert lined up

CLE at MIN – Messick at Lopez (Good matchup for the Jays). MIN should also have Joe Ryan, Bailey Ober, and Simeon Woods-Richardson on tap for this series

  10. Guess Rogers made so much money this year from televised broadcasts that they knew they can buy the Canadian broadcast rights for this game and still turn a profit.

  11. Will be at the game tonight, Kaufman is my closest MLB stadium. Let me know if you see a chubby guy in blue jays hat on tv!

  12. I haven’t been this anxious about the Jays in a long time and it’s an awesome feeling. And I picked a bad month to give up drinking beer.

  13. I hope the Jays win tonight. It’s stressful watching the Yankees get closer to the Jays in the division.
