The top NFL Sunday storylines heading into week three in under 60 seconds. The Falcons defensive line is emerging. After generating the second lowest pressure rate in the league last season, Atlanta currently ranks at the fourth highest pressure rate through the first two weeks. Roma Dunes seems to be taking the next step as he’s already scored as many touchdowns as he did all of last year while having the fourth most receiving yards in the league. One of the draft’s most exciting prospects, Cam Scataboo, seems to be on the verge of breaking out for the Giants after leading the team in rushing yards and attempts in week two and scoring his first NFL touchdown. Sam Darnold has been better than you think. Darnold’s pass rate, according to PFF, is at a higher average so far this year than in 2024, as he’s spreading the ball around well. He’s been hitting above average marks passing across every level of the field. According to NextGen stats, the Cleveland Browns have been showing promise on the offense. Rookie tight end Hero Fannon Jr. and running backs Dylan Samson and Quinn Seawn Judkins have been showing flashes of becoming stable pieces for the future. Will Ben Johnson’s pressure mold Caleb into a diamond or crush him into coal? And will the Steelers defense reestablish their identity as one of the league’s most dominant units?
