Which two of these three right-handers makes the Ducks opening night roster? All have legitimate claims. Helleson was a reliable third-pairing guy last season. Luneau has stuck out of camp the last two seasons and had a monster AHL year. Moore got his NHL taste at the end of last year.

I feel Solberg should be able to knock-out either one of them from a spot even on his off side.
Probably Helleson starting with Moore or Lunneau being the injury call-up, depending on who is injured: one of the puck movers, then Lunneau; one of the vets, Moore. i dont think any of them play above Gudas/Trouba
Biggest take away from these guys was “we’re a close group” and they sound more than happy to see each other succeed even at the expense of 1 or 2 of them not making the cut. They play for each other and help build that winning culture, team first mentality.
The vibes I got from Minty and Zelly was the opposite. They just wanted to beat each other or not make the other look good. Maybe Minty didn’t want to pass the puck to Zelly who is wide open to score and Minty shoots instead hoping to score. Hope that makes sense.
